Introducing the Senographe Pristina, the mammography system from GE Healthcare that is setting new standards in breast cancer screening. Here are some key features that make the Senographe Pristina stand out:

️- Optimized gantry design: The Senographe Pristina is designed with the patient’s comfort in mind, designed by women for women. The innovative gantry design allows for a smoother and more comfortable exam experience, reducing anxiety and discomfort.

-  Low dose 3D mammography: The Senographe Pristina is the only FDA-approved 3D mammography system that delivers the same low dose as 2D mammography. With the ability to capture 9 projections at an angle of 25 degrees for 3D imaging using the step and shoot method, the patients are not exposed to high doses of radiation, ensuring their safety during the screening process.

- Exceptional image quality for diagnostic accuracy: The Senographe Pristina also offers contrast enhancement, further improving the clarity of images. This advanced feature aids radiologists in making more accurate diagnoses, potentially leading to earlier detection and improved patient outcomes.

- Pristina Serena: The Senographe Pristina is upgradable and can include a biopsy kit that provides exceptional lesion access by enabling both side and vertical approach biopsies with the turn of a knob. All these biopsies can be performed in the same room as mammography screening—improving patient flow and center throughput.
